Coaching & Consulting

Ian Edwards Coaching and Consulting ServiceWorking with you in a hybrid of coaching and consulting approach,  I’ll show you how to build a ‘sales and marketing machine’ to enable you to accelerate the growth of your business.

My approach to achieving results for you is much different to many other coaches and consultants. At the start of each month, we will meet for two hours and will leave with an action plan to make things happen. You and your colleagues will have actions and I will have some too. I will be your accountability partner as well as your coach/consultant for the remainder of the month.

You will have open phone and email contact to me and, if I do not hear from you at least once a week at an absolute minimum, I will be contacting you for updates. It is important to you (and me) that you make good progress whilst we are working together. Our joint goal is to ‘make it happen’ for your business.

As an integral part of the process, I will transfer to you the sales and marketing strategies, processes, tactics and nous to you so you can continue to achieve great results after my engagement is completed – and all for a fixed monthly investment!
