As the owner of a national franchise business I am constantly looking to ensure that as a business our internal marketing and sales processes are up to scratch. Ian Edwards conducted a thorough review of our existing systems. Referral Institute

At no point do we say that referral is the ONLY way to secure business so it was an interesting exercise to focus in on other key areas of marketing and Ian offered some excellent suggestions to tweak our sales processes both for franchise sales and large company national account projects.
